SRLK Tech focuses on the process layer behind construction 3D printing, exploring how materials, machines, software, and quality control work together to create reliable printed structures. Our work covers material behaviour, paste preparation, extrusion stability, bead geometry, layer bonding, toolpath planning, printing parameters, curing conditions, and the relationship between machine settings and final build quality.
We also examine how sensing, monitoring, data collection, and process intelligence can improve consistency, detect defects, and support repeatable production. By studying these areas from desktop-scale testing through to larger pilot systems, SRLK Tech aims to build the technical knowledge required for practical scale-up into construction and industrial manufacturing applications.
